I’ve worked with individuals experiencing a wide variety of problems, both during a decade of private practice and in clinical training at NYU School of Medicine, Bellevue Hospital, the Palo Alto VA, and Mount Sinai School of Medicine.

I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the PGSP - Stanford Psy.D. Consortium (Palo Alto University and the Stanford University School of Medicine) and my Bachelor’s Degree from Sarah Lawrence College.

In addition to my private practice, I consult with technology firms like Meta, Felix, and Foodstand to develop products that encourage healthy behaviors.
